The Vortex is an oversize graphite paddle for players who want a very powerful shot. It is a slightly heavier version of the Champion paddle. The extra weight gives the paddle a harder shot, but slower reaction time. If you love to slam the ball at your competition, this is the paddle for you!

The paddle is still in excellent shape after 20 hours of play. The surface is unmarked and the edging material is in great shape after scrapes with walls and floors in indoor play. The paddle suits my play which tends to be a hard hitting type game. I would purchase a Vortex paddle again.
