I browsed the DVD, and watched the basic introduction, and the cascade section, I have never Toss Juggled before (tried but sucked growing up. They say this is easier to learn then Contact Juggling, which may be true, since I've been doing that for 2 months, and I still got a long way to go.. OK BACK TO THE REVIEW, The first section teaches you how to toss one ball, then 2, then 3, which equals the Cascade. The thing that is nice is this guy takes the time to teach you each section before moving to the next, and with each step he will go back and cover previous important steps.. For example, once he shows you how to toss one ball, he'll go into 2 balls, then 3, and he'll address problems you might have like dropping the ball, hitting them in the air together, and tossing it away from you etc. so he'll go back and say ok lets pratice throwing one ball again then 2, then 3 etc. then move on...
