For my son's birthday, we were eager to restore our trampoline to working order after the old mat fell apart. I called locally to get a new mat, and was quoted $200 to replace it. We found this mat here on Amazon for less than HALF that, and I'm glad we did. The item description made it easy to make sure we ordered the right size. We measured our springs from tip to tip and then the diameter of the entire frame. Anyhow, we ordered the mat with expedited shipping and were initially bummed to see that there was no tracking number to see if we would have it in time for my kid's birthday. When I contacted the seller to ask them for one, they were cheerful and prompt in providing what I needed; they even extended birthday wishes to my child! They shipped the item VERY quickly and the mat arrived in no time at all. In short, their customer service was awesome and the item arrived like lightning.
