I am extremely healthy and in shape and cook all my foods and never eat out or never eat any processed food. I chose rebounding sport since most liver cancer patients are recommended to use trampoline since it is the only way that you can activate your LYMPHATIC CIRCULATION SYSTEM which removes the toxins from your body and it can only be accomplished only by rebounding sports like jumping, running or etc... Well, I never had any proof that it does but the most amazing part of this exercise is that I get my exercise by keeping my heart rate high for a period of one hour while watching documentary without damaging my knees and I have always had veins showing on my lower part of my legs... It is quite a bit more expensive than many other fitness trampolines on the market today, but is well worth the extra money. It seems to be pretty durable as my whole family has done everything they can to abuse it in the short time that we have had it. The fact that it has no noisy springs is a plus as well (for when my kids are napping). I weigh about 200 pounds and this thing makes me feel like I weigh half that as it throws me around. I try to use the trampoline on a very regular basis. I've found the quality of the trampoline to be excellent. In those instances where a part needed to be replaced, JumpSport service personnel have readily honored the company's warranty and replaced it. (I've only had to pay for shipping which generally has run about $6 per incident.) In addition, I've observed that regular use of the trampoline has been more effective for me than swimming in reducing the edema in my legs. |
