Given a copy of the receipt they would not begin to process a warranty claim for a tiny safety part that arrived broken without a photo, even though I told them the delay would cause my kid to miss being able to use the trampoline for her birthday. If I hadn't already put it (mostly) together, I would have returned it. I have no idea how long this thing will last, but if you have already ordered it, be sure to say any broken parts are MISSING not broken. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful  Great Buy!, This review is from: Orbounder Trampoline and Enclosure Combo (14-Feet) (Sports) The package arrived on time and my husband assembled in less than two hours. With 6 children, we had to choose a well built, large trampoline, and this product delivered! Very happy, the kids just love it, and we feel safe with this product after reading the reviews on many sites. We've had this trampoline 4 months now. Happy purchasing! |
