It's quiet and gives me plenty of bounce. At first it was almost too much compared to the crappy Wal-Mart one I had - I nearly bounced off when I first tried it! It's very sturdy and I never get the feeling that it's going to tip - even if I hit near the side. Putting the legs on was super simple and I don't have to tighten them every time I go to workout, like I did my last one. Honestly, I haven't used the DVD yet (I just put on some dance music and go to working out), so I can't tell you anything about that. I was a little leery of paying over $220 for a "jogging trampoline", but this one is top notch for the money. I've read plenty of reviews all of the internet about different trampolines and decided you get what you pay for.
