(Frame Size) Square Trampoline Net for 4 Arch Enclosure System (Skywalker STSC13BC) (Toy) I owned a Skywalker Trampoline a number of years back and loved it. I had to replace it when it wore out, and the new parts are horrible. It is more or less worthless. I have to sew it or clamp the pieces together to even get it to hold together. I called their customer service and was told very clearly and rudely that there was absolutely nothing I could do about it, and that I would have to live with my home-grown solution to get around their bad design, and would have to come out with a ladder once a week or so to tighten the straps. Of course that's not acceptable. It gets tons of use and has survived huge snowstorms, with no problems. Our lab jumped up and tore the netting and that it has to be replaced...Not bad for five years of neglect. Need to replace the net do to some wear and tear and now due for some new padding this year. Other than that all has has worked well. Has been a great trampoline that gets a ton of use. I normally don't write a review but when shopping for the pad a came across a bad review and felt I should add my input. I would buy again. |
